The 2020-05-26 release of summary statistics was provided with the submission of the preprint of our manuscript. These files can be found here.
Provided summary statistics - 2021-07-23 release
The summary statistics on this website include both significant and non-significant eQTL associations, and include summary statistics for each of the included datasets as well. Genome-wide summary statistics are not available for the trans-eQTL analysis however. The files presented below contain only the primary eQTLs. All genomic positions are on GRCh38. Each dataset has a '-TopEffects.txt.gz' file containing the top association per gene and permutation thresholds.
The format of these files is different from our previous release. All files have been sorted by position, bgzipped, and can be indexed using Tabix using the command tabix -f -s 2 -b 3 -e 3 -S 1 file.txt.gz, or downloaded below ([tbi] hyperlinks).
Note that while these summary statistics files also contain summary statistics for each included cohort/dataset, this excludes NABEC datasets, since this was prohibited by the data usage agreement.
If you are curious about the changes we made after the pre-print, please have a look at the review reports published together with our manuscript.
Update 2023-07-13: Summary statistics for the trans-eQTL and ieQTL analysis are available as supplementary tables 17 and 8 (respectively) with our paper. You can download them from Nature Genetics. Please contact us if you have specific requests regarding summary statistics.
