The summary statistics on this website include both significant and non-significant eQTL associations, and include summary statistics for each of the included datasets as well. Genome-wide summary statistics are not available for the trans-eQTL analysis however. The files presented below contain only the primary eQTLs. We also provide minor allele frequencies per SNP over all samples included in the meta-analysis, and SMR formatted results. All genomic positions are on GRCh38.
